4. Order Formation & Refusal
An order placed through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order if we suspect any intention of misuse outside verified scientific research or if incorrect buyer information is provided.
5. Pricing, Taxes & European Shipping
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Orders are dispatched promptly from our logistics hub in Spain, with standard deliveries consistently arriving in under 72 hours across Spain and under 7 days across Europe. As all parcels originate and circulate within the European Union, no customs duties or extra import fees apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IberiaLabs, its directors, affiliates, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, or unauthorized use of any compound.
