How do you guarantee product quality and purity?
Every lot is synthesized with precision and undergoes rigorous independent third-party testing via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. We guarantee >99% purity for all our active peptides. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available for every single batch in the product pages.
What are your shipping times?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery within Spain is 1-3 days. Standard delivery within the EU takes 3 to 7 days.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse located within the European Union (Spain). This ensures there are absolutely no customs delays, no import duties, and no surprise taxes for our EU customers.
How should I store the products?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term stability (up to 36 months). For short-term storage (under 30 days), refrigeration at 4°C is acceptable. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they must be kept refrigerated at all times and used within 30 days.
Do you offer bulk pricing or B2B shipping for institutions?
